As your first month of mentoring comes to a close, we would like to capture some of you reflections on the experience. Take a few moments to share:
In Tier Two, one of our first tasks is establishing the mentoring relationship. Some of you are mentoring people at the same organizational "level" as yourself; some are mentoring staff they supervise, some are mentoring their supervisor, a few of you will be helping to mentor people outside of your organization. In addition, each organization has a different culture, and each of you has your own personal style of interacting.
